return / exchange policy
we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. therefore, we now accept returns for ONLINE purchases.

once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process. as soon as we process your order, your refund should show up in your bank account in about 7-10 days.
to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. the item must be returned back to us within 14 days.

once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. then we will begin the exchange / store credit process via email.
all sale items, jewelry, & accessories are final sale.
if you received a damaged item, we will replace it for you. we ask that you provide photo proof of the damaged item & we will replace it for you.
